I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the technical issues I have been experiencing with your streaming service over the past few weeks. Despite having a stable internet connection, I have encountered constant buffering, frequent interruptions, and repeated error messages while trying to watch movies and series.
These problems have made it very difficult to enjoy the service I am paying for. In many cases, videos stop in the middle of playback or take several minutes to load again, which completely ruins the viewing experience. I have already tried restarting my device and reinstalling the app, but the issues continue to occur.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter urgently and provide a solution – whether by fixing the technical problems or offering an updated version of the app. Additionally, I believe a partial refund or a free month of service would be a fair way to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
